Taxi Service Terms & Conditions

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Service Area

  • Our standard service area includes Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview.

  • Pickups outside this area require full prepayment and may include additional travel charges.

2. Booking & Payment

  • We accept both prepayment and post-service payment, at our discretion.

  • Out-of-town pickups require full prepayment.

  • A minimum booking charge of $25 applies to all rides.

  • By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees under these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable or partially refundable, at our discretion.

  • Once a driver has been dispatched, charges may apply.

4. No-Show Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided after driver arrival.

  • After 15 minutes, the booking may be marked as a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • For out-of-town or long-distance bookings, the full trip cost may be charged.

5. Wait Time

  • A 15-minute grace period is included at pickup.

  • Additional wait time is charged at $60 per hour, billed proportionally.

  • Custom wait time rates may apply if agreed in advance.

6. Out-of-Town Travel

  • For pickups outside Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview:

    • Customers are responsible for full travel time and distance, including return travel if applicable.

    • Charges apply even if the trip is shortened or cancelled after dispatch.

7. Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged for:

    • Vomit

    • Spilled liquids

    • Blood or bodily fluids

    • Excessive dirt, stains, or odors

  • Additional charges may apply for damage beyond cleaning, including repairs or downtime.

  • The customer agrees to cover all such costs.

8. Passenger Conduct

  • Intoxicated passengers are permitted; however:

    • You remain fully responsible for your conduct and any damage caused.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

    • Is unsafe, aggressive, or abusive

    • Poses a risk to the driver or vehicle

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Additional Stops & Changes

  • Additional stops or route changes are allowed but will be charged based on time and distance.

  • Pricing adjustments will be applied to the final fare.

10. Airport & Hourly Bookings

  • We offer both point-to-point and hourly services.

  • Hourly bookings are subject to:

    • Minimum booking time (if applicable)

    • Wait time charges as outlined above

11. Tips & Gratuity

  • Gratuity is not included and is at the customer’s discretion.

12. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic

    • Weather

    • Mechanical issues

    • Events beyond our control

  • Customers should plan accordingly.

13. Agreement & Authorization

By confirming a booking or making payment, you:

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for:

    • Trip fare

    • Wait time

    • Cleaning or damage fees

    • Applicable additional charges
