How are out-of-town fares calculated?
$3.00 plus $1.65 per kilometre of driving distance, with a $25.00 minimum. A return trip is twice the one-way fare. The fare is per vehicle, not per person.
Are tolls included in the fare?
No. Tolls are paid by the customer: $4 each way on the Halifax route ($8 return), and $20 for the Confederation Bridge to PEI, charged once per trip whether you travel one way or return.
What counts as out of town?
Our standard service area is Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview. Pickups or drop-offs outside that area are out-of-town trips.
Do out-of-town trips need to be prepaid?
Yes. Out-of-town pickups require full prepayment, as set out in our Transportation Terms & Conditions.
Is there a minimum fare?
A minimum booking charge of $25 applies to all rides.
How is wait time charged?
A 15-minute grace period is included at pickup. Additional wait time is charged at $60 per hour, billed proportionally, unless a custom rate is agreed in advance.
